Peter is the Chief Executive of Argosy Property Limited. An engineer by background, Peter has 40 years of experience in the property industry working with Progressive Enterprises, Challenge Properties, Richard Ellis and Green and McCahill. Peter joined Armstrong Jones (NZ) in 1994 and was appointed General Manager of Argosy (then known as ING Property Trust) in 2007. Instrumental in the rebranding and internalisation of the company’s management Peter was appointed Chief Executive of the business in 2009.
Peter is a Fellow of the Property Institute and is a past lecturer in Advanced Property Management at The University of Auckland and is a past President of the Property Council of New Zealand. He is a current Trustee of Saint Andrews Village, and the New Zealand Sailing Trust.
In 2013 Peter was honoured with the Stuart McIntosh award in recognition of his contribution to the University of Auckland. In 2021, Peter was honoured as the Property Council New Zealand Members’ Laureate, a lifetime membership awarded once a year to the industry's most respected leaders.

Dave joined the team in 2011 and was originally responsible for the planning and execution of the management internalisation and Argosy’s corporatisation. He now oversees the financial and corporate activities of the Company.
Dave has spent over 28 years in senior financial and general management roles both in New Zealand and overseas, including six years in Japan as a senior vice president with the Jupiter Group.
He has broad experience in strategic and operational planning, business development, debt restructures, equity raisings and merger and acquisitions. In addition to being a qualified Chartered Accountant, Dave has Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from The University of Auckland.

Stephen joined Argosy in 2017 and has primary responsibility for all of the company’s investor communications.
Prior to joining Argosy Stephen was the Investor Relations Manager with another NZX listed company for 5 ½ years. Prior to that, Stephen had four years with ANZ Institutional Bank and spent eight years as an equity analyst where he covered a number of sectors including listed property.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Commercial Law and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
In 2021 he commenced study towards a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the University of Otago.

Marilyn has been with the Argosy team for over 10 years and has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry ranging from working with tenants and landlords, consulting, project work and energy management.
Marilyn is responsible for a mix of properties across our portfolio including development work. On top of her practical experience Marilyn is also well qualified with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Otago and Bachelor's degrees in both property and commerce from The University of Auckland.
Marilyn joined Argosy after operating her own property projects consulting business.

David joined Argosy in 2011 to manage day-to-day corporate compliance. He also provides legal assistance to the property team and general in-house legal support as a solicitor.
Before joining Argosy, David’s experience includes working in the tax practices of large New Zealand firms. He has been involved in a broad range of transactions across the property, primary, energy, petroleum, telecommunications, banking and finance sectors.
David also has a strong track record in dispute work. He has published articles on topical issues in CCH’s Tax Planning Report. David is a qualified lawyer and a member of the New Zealand Law Society’s Property Law Section. He graduated from Victoria University with an LLB (Hons) and a BCA in Economics and Finance.

Anna joined Argosy in 2013 and has responsibility for the financial and management reporting as well as budgeting functions of the Company.
Prior to joining Argosy, Anna worked in the external reporting team of one of the largest insurers in New Zealand. Prior to that, Anna spent over six years working in audit and assurance services at Deloitte where her client base consisted of larger corporate and listed entities.
Anna is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce majoring in Management both from The University of Auckland.

Saatyesh has been with the management team for 15 years and was most recently an asset manager within the business. In this new role, his key responsibility is around educating, guiding and collaborating with stakeholders around sustainability. The practical benefits of sustainability are well known and Saatyesh’s role also covers advising on environmental matters including data collection, monitoring and reporting. Saatyesh is also responsible for the greening of key development projects within the portfolio. He also retains responsibility for the strategic management and financial performance of certain Auckland properties.
Saatyesh graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, specialising in Valuation and Property Management. He has worked in a variety of private sector and listed property businesses. His 22 years’ experience includes acquisitions, divestments, leasing and value add projects. He has strong tenant relationship skills and these ensure a collaborative approach with clients. In 2016 awarded a Fellowship from the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Haley joined Argosy in 2019 as the Manager of the Property Services Team.
Her career experience includes property & asset management, acquisitions, divestments and leasing. Haley has responsibility for Argosy Property Services, property management and building engineers.
Haley graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies, specialising in Valuation and Property Management.

Warren is responsible for a wide variety of properties in the Argosy portfolio. In addition to strategic management and financial performance accountabilities, Warren’s extensive property industry experience is utilised to good effect in the investigation and analysis of many of our property acquisition initiatives. Since graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Engineering, Warren has held a wide variety of roles over 25 years in the industry, including as General Manager Property for Magnum Corporation.
Warren joined the team in 1995, making him one of the longest-serving members.

Micky joined the Argosy team in 2011 as a property manager. His career includes a broad range of property management roles across the private and public sector. Micky has over 17 years’ experience in the property field including: valuation, property & asset management, facilities management, leasing & value add projects and redevelopment project works. In addition, Micky is particularly adept in financial performance accountabilities and has strong tenant relationship skills. His new responsibilities for both industrial and commercial properties.

Shamus joined Argosy in 2011 as a Property Manager.
His 10 years experience includes; asset management, facilities & property management, leasing, acquisitions, divestments, and value-add development projects. He is also responsible for the financial performance and strategic direction of a commercial and industrial portfolio across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Shamus graduated from AUT University with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Management.

Wade is responsible for maximising the leasing and transactional side of Argosy’s business.
Wade has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property business, having worked in asset management for NZI, Brierley Investments, Trans Tasman Properties and the National Bank.
More recently, Wade spent four years as Commercial Manager at Manson Developments involved in leasing and acquisitions. Wade has also run his own property consultancy practice focusing on leasing solutions and the sale and purchase of commercial property assets.
Wade graduated from The University of Auckland with an Arts degree in Economics.

Mr Morrison has 40 years of experience as a property lawyer, 29 of them as a commercial property partner at Russell McVeagh, and now practises on his own account. Mr Morrison is a trustee of the Spirit of Adventure and other charitable trusts and holds a number of private company directorships. Mr Morrison is a qualified lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Auckland. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.

Mr McLauchlan is a Senior Partner of GS McLauchlan & Co Business Advisors and Accountants, a prominent businessman and company director. He is a Director of Scenic Hotels Group Limited, Dunedin Casinos Limited, EBOS Group Limited and several other companies. Mr McLauchlan is also Chairman of the NZ Sports Hall of Fame, AD Instruments Pty Limited and Scott Technology Limited. He is also a past President of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. He was previously Chief Executive of Kiwi Property Group and Capital Properties NZ Ltd. He is currently a director of Crown Infrastructure Partners and Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa Limited. Mr Gudgeon holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The University of Canterbury. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a past President of Property Council New Zealand.

Mr Stearne has over 20 years commercial and capital markets experience, primarily gained during his time at Jarden and its predecessors from 1995 until 2015. He currently holds appointments to the NZX Listing Subcommittee, the Takeovers Panel and the Investment Committee of the Impact Enterprise Fund. He is a member of INFINZ and IceAngels. Mr Stearne holds a B.Sc (Hons) in maths and a B.Com in finance from the University of Otago. He is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
