PACT is one of New Zealand’s leading rigid plastic packaging companies. They’ve been operating for over 60 years and have eight plants in New Zealand and four in Australia. Collectively, these plants employ over 1,100 people, specialising in extrusion and thermoforming, blow moulding and injection moulding.

Requirements and Solution

The objective for the fit out was to refresh a dated and uninspiring property by introducing environmentally sustainable features that earned Green Star accreditation. Argosy’s aspiration were compatible with PACT’s ambition to reduce their carbon footprint.

The office upgrade incorporated a reclad including new glazing, new carpet, LED lighting, HVAC replacement (with improved refrigerant) plus a full cosmetic redecoration of the bathrooms. The external works include new asphalt, concrete hardstand to the rear and a new automated security gate.
